We are a toys company which located in Hong Kong, Except China Shantou’s Feida toy factory, we have set up a branch office in Hong Kong, China， India, in order to promote and expand our market to worldwide as well as better support to customer’s need, we already have a long time experience in making radio-controlled toy since 1999, we have our own factory and foreign trading department to serve our customer global wide, and we have got wide experience of rc toys sales for worldwide toys market, Moreover, we have strong R&D department to design or create new concept products to meet with current and future market continuously. Recently, we are processing to create patents on our own design products as well to change the status before that the Chinese toys do not have own patent.In order to meet with ROHS request from European, our factory’s engineer working hard to reach this request, and now we can 100% sure that all of our products can pass the ROHS test.Except sales and R&D department, we also strengthen on pre&post sales services and quality control. For pre&post sales services, we employed a lot of experienced sales executives to provide good and quality services to customer standard 24hours. And we will strictly control the quality to meet with customer’s detail request, and we also provide custom clearance and shipping issue for our customer. They will response the sales enquiries and solve difficulties towards customers in a quick time. We also have preproduction analysis. Our production planner will investigate the cost of OEM/ODM as well.We want to be in a position where we can always offer our customers the right products in the required quality and at competitive terms.
